FAQ
Can I brief Andrew Gee directly, without a solicitor?
Like many barristers, Andrew does not accept briefs directly from the public. He only acts for clients who brief him through a solicitor. However, he is more than happy to discuss the broad nature of your legal issue and refer you to solicitors who may be able to provide you with further assistance. It is then up to you and your solicitor to decide whether to brief Andrew.
What if I already have a solicitor?
If you already have a solicitor, Andrew is able to accept a brief from that solicitor. The brief would be accepted upon your solicitor agreeing to Andrew's usual terms of engagement.
How much will it cost?
Andrew's hourly and daily rates are available upon request by contacting Andrew directly, or the clerk of Queen's Square Chambers, Mark Wilson.
